Ingredients

 
For the batter:
 
½ cup coconut milk
 
¾ cup rice flour
 
¼ cup tapioca flour or cornstarch
 
1 tbsp salt
 
2-3 tbsp sugar
 
1 ¼ cup water
 
3 tbsp black sesame seeds
 
Sweet potatoes/ banana

Directions

Mix all the ingredients for the batter into a smooth paste. Dip slices of sweet potato and banana in the batter. Deep fry till golden brown (approximately 10 minutes). Drain the excess oil. Let cool. Serve.
