Directions

Take a pan and add water. Bring water to boil. Add vinegar, 1 tsp of salt and add pork. Cook till soft and tender. Turn off heat and let cool. Make criss-cross slits of 1 ½ inch depth all along. Rub with vinegar and salt. Keep aside to cool completely.
Take a wok and add oil. Set at medium high. Deep fry pork till golden brown and crispy. Cut into small bite size pieces and serve.
