Ingredients

 Pre-baked pizza crust12 Inch
 Prebaked pizza crust12 Inch
 Peanut sauce7 Ounce (1 jar)
 Peanut butter1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
 Cooked skinless/Cut into strips  Clove (0 gm), ounce
 Cooked skinless, boneless chicken breast halves8 Ounce, cut into strips
 Shredded italian cheese blend1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Green onions1 Bunch (100 gm), chopped
 Fresh bean sprout1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
 Shredded carrot1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
 Chopped roasted peanuts1 Tablespoon

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

2. In a small bowl, stir together the peanut sauce and peanut butter. Spread over the pizza crust. Arrange strips of chicken on top. Sprinkle on the green onions and cheese.

3. Bake for 8 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven, until cheese is melted and bubbly. Top with bean sprouts, carrot shreds and peanuts, if using. Slice into wedges and serve.
