Directions
1. Chop the garlic, ginger and lemon grass set aside.
2. In a small bowl combine cornstarch and water.
3. Prepare a baking dish and line it with foil.
4. Preheat the oven to 350 degree.
MAKING
5. Place the fish on the baking dish and season it with salt and pepper.
6. Bake it in the oven for 20 minutes.
7. In the meantime prepare the sauce, in pot combine garlic, ginger, lemon grass, sugar, soya sauce, oyster sauce and chicken broth, stir everything and cook for 2 minutes on medium high.
8. Add the cornstarch to the sauce and cook until the sauce thickens.
9. After 20 minutes remove the fish, using a sharp knife make cuts on top of the fish and place it on a serving plate.
10. Pour the sauce all over the fish.
SERVING
11. Serve the fish with ginger sauce hot.
