Directions
1. For sauce, in a small mixing bowl stir together the water, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, curry powder, cornstarch, and crushed red pepper; set aside.
2. Spray a large skillet or wok with nonstick spray coating. Cook and stir the onion wedges and red pepper strips over medium heat till tender. Stir in the turkey strips and garlic. Stir in sauce. Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir for 1 minute more.
