Ingredients

 
4 tea bags
 
4 cups boiling water
 
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
 
Ice cubes

Directions

Place tea bags in teapot or other heatproof container.
Add boiling water; steep 4 minutes.
Remove tea bags.
Cool tea slightly.
Spoon 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk into each of four tall glasses.
Add ice cubes.
Fill with tea.
Stir to combine.
