Directions

MAKING
1) In a saucepan, combine the vinegar, 1/2 cup water, both the sugars, chilies, salt, garlic, and chopped cilantro.
2) Cook over low heat for 2 minutes, stirring to dissolve the sugars.
3) Transfer to a bowl and let cool to room temperature.

SERVING
4) Stir in the cucumber slices, garnish with the cilantro leaves, and serve immediately.
