Thai Sweet And Sour Fish Recipe
Ingredients
| Fish(RohuFish) orpomfret 2 No(450gm.) | ||
| Green Chilli [without seeds] 4 no. | ||
| Ginger | 1 Inch | |
| Garlic | 10 Gram | |
| Carrot [cut in long pieces.] 1 No. | ||
| White vinegar | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Fish sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Brown sugar | 60 Gram | |
| Fish stock | 60 Milliliter | |
| Green onion | 1 | |
| Corn Flour [blended with water] 1 t. sp. | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1)Make shallow slits on both sides of fish.
2)Wash and marinate with a mixture of soya sauce and salt for 1 hour.
MAKING
3)In a pan, heat oil. Fry the fish turning over once for 5 to 10 minutes until both sides are done.
4)In another pan, heat some oil and saute green chilli, carrot, ginger, garlic for 3 to 4 minutes.
5)Add in stock, vinegar, fish sauce and sugar. Bring the mixture to boil.
6)Mix in blended corn flour and bring to boil.
SERVING
7)Once the sauce thickens, pour over fish and serve hot.
