Directions

GETTING READY
1. Rim a large beer mug with lime and dip in sea salt, pepper and chili powder.

MAKING
2. In a small glass combine the juice of 1/2 a lime, Worcestershire sauce and some sriracha. Mix well.

FINALIZING
3. Take the beer mug rimmed with the salt and pepper mixture. Pour the prepared combination into the beer mug. Fill the mug with ice cubes. Top the mug with ice cold Thai beer like Singha. Mix well.

SERVING
4. Serve with lime wedges and a grilled Thai shrimp.
