 Small cooked shrimp6 Ounce (270 Gram)
 Sliced green onions1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (25 Gram)
 Crushed red pepper10 Gram


1. Place bread shells, pita breads, or muffin halves (cut side up) on two 12- by 15-inch (30- by 38-cm) baking sheets.
2. In a bowl, combine peanut butter, hoisin sauce, vinegar, and sesame oil. Beat until smoothly blended; if necessary, add a little water so sauce is easy to spread. Spread equally over cupped area of bread shells or top of pita breads (or spread to edge of muffin halves). Scatter bean sprouts equally over sauce; sprinkle with cheese.
3. Bake in a 350°F (175°C) oven until cheese is melted and beginning to brown (12 to 15 minutes; if using one oven, switch positions of baking sheets after 7 minutes). Place each pizza on an individual plate; top pizzas equally with shrimp and onions. Season to taste with red pepper flakes
