Thai Peanut Salsa Recipe
Ingredients
| Shallots | 3 Tablespoon, roasted | |
| Coconut milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs), canned | |
| Smooth peanut butter | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 teaspoons palm sugar or light brown sugar | ||
| Cayenne powder | 2 Teaspoon | |
| 1 tablespoon Oriental fish sauce | ||
| 1 tablespoon lemon tamari soy sauce | ||
| Lime juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Place all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
