1/2 package of Thai Tea Leaves
2-3 cups sugar

How to make Thai Iced Tea

Fill a large pot with water and bring to a boil. Add 1/2 package of Thai Tea Leaves. Boil for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, pour tea into pitcher through a filter or you can also use a sieve/colander lined with coffee filter. Make sure to catch the tea leaves – discard the tea leaves. Add sugar – 2 to 3 cups – depending on how sweet you want your tea. Mix the sugar until dissolved. Let your tea cool. To serve, place ice on glass fill 3/4 of the glass with tea – add some half and half. Mix and enjoy!
