|Beef rounds steak||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Fish sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Red onion||1 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced|
|Green onions||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped with some green tops|
|Serrano chilies||3 , diced|
|Sugar||1 Teaspoon, granulated|
|Iceberg lettuce||4 (Wedges)|

1) In a skillet over heat or on the barbecue, grill the beef steak until medium-rare.
2) Then thinly slice the grilled beef steak.
3) In a large bowl, add the sliced beef, fish sauce, red onion, green onions, chilies, sugar and lemon juice , then toss well to mix.
4) Serve immediately on individual serving plates.
