Ingredients

 Beef - 1 1/2 lbs, round steak
 Fish sauce1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Lemon juice1 Tablespoon
 Red onion1 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced
 Green onions1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Serrano chilies - 1 to 3 , diced
 Sugar -1 teaspoon, granulated
 Iceberg lettuce4

Directions

MAKING
1) In a skillet over heat or on the barbecue, grill the beef steak until medium-rare.
2) Then thinly slice the grilled beef steak.
3) In a large bowl, add the sliced beef, fish sauce, red onion, green onions, chilies, sugar and lemon juice , then toss well to mix.

SERVING
4) Serve immediately on individual serving plates.
