Ingredients
| Maggi Masala | ||
| Chilli sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Egg | 1 , beaten | |
| Onion | 1 | |
| Garlic: 4 cloves, chopped | ||
| Peas | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Red bell pepper | 1 To taste, diced | |
| Rice | 4 Cup (16 tbs), boiled | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
Directions
MAKING
1)In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil.
2)Break in the egg and scramble till done. Remove an keep aside.
3)Pour in the remaining 1tablespoon oil in to the karahi.
4)Add in the onion and garlic and sauté over medium flame till browned.
5)Put in the peas and red bell pepper and sauté for 3 to 4 minutes.
6)Finally, put in the rice, salt, Maggi Masala Chilli Sauce and scrambled egg and toss well.
SERVING
7)Remove from heat and serve hot with curry.
