Thai Dipping Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Caster sugar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Juice of 1 lime | ||
| Water | 6 Tablespoon | |
| White wine vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 3 red bird's eye chillies, thinly sliced (use the seeds) | ||
Directions
Put all the ingredients in a saucepan and bring to the boil.
Cook for 1 minute, then serve with fishcakes, chicken, duck or meat.
