Thai Basil Prawns Recipe
Ingredients
| Oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Red onion | 1 , sliced | |
| Red chilli | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper red | 1/2 To taste, cut into thin strips | |
| 16 uncooked large prawns with tail, peeled and deveined | ||
| Soy sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 1 tablespoon lime or lemon juice | ||
| Sugar | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Basil | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Coriander | 3 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| black pepper | 1 | |
Directions
1. Heat oil in a large frying pan, add onion and cook over a medium heat for 3 minutes or until soft. Stir in chilli, red pepper and prawns, and stir-fry for 2 minutes longer.
2. Add soy sauce, lime or lemon juice and sugar and cook for 1 minute longer. Stir in basil, coriander and black pepper to taste. Toss to combine.
