TexMex Flank Steak Recipe
Ingredients
| Onion | 1 Medium, thinly sliced | |
| 1/2 cup Lemon Juice from Concentrate | ||
| Vegetable oil | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Dry sherry | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 2 teaspoons Beef-Flavor Instant Bouillon | ||
| Chili powder | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Ground cumin | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), finely chopped | |
| 1 (1- to 1 1/2-pound) beef flank steak, scored | ||
Directions
In shallow dish or plastic bag, combine all ingredients except meat; add meat.
Cover; marinate in refrigerator 6 hours or overnight.
Remove meat from marinade; grill or broil as desired, basting frequently with marinade.
