Texas Trail Cakes Recipe
Ingredients
1 cup packaged biscuit mix
1 6 ounce can evaporated milk
1/2 of 1 pound can canned beans with chili gravy
Directions
To biscuit mix, add evaporated milk; beat smooth.
Stir in beans with gravy.
Bake on a hot well greased griddle, (or in a skillet) on the grill.
Turn cakes when top is bubbly and few bubbles have broken; flip only once.
