Directions

Cut potatoes into 1/2 inch thick slices. Place salt, Spanish paprika and Caraway seeds in the small bowl of a food processor and pulse until ground. Place sweet potatoes on a large cookie sheet and toss with olive oil. Sprinkle with spice mixture and bake at 450° F for 35 minutes or until tender and lightly browned on edges.
