Texas Corn Bread Recipe

| 4 slices bacon, crisp-cooked, crumbled | ||
| 2/3 cup cream-style corn | ||
| 2 jalapeiio chiles, finely chopped | ||
Directions
Preheat a greased 101/2-inch iron skillet in a 400 degree oven.
Combine the dry corn bread mix, milk, vegetable oil, eggs, sugar, bacon, cream style corn and jalapeho chiles in a large bowl and mix well.
Pour the batter into the hot iron skillet.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until brown.
