 Black beans3 Can (10oz), drained, rinsed
 White corn2 Can (10oz)
 Tomatoes with green chiles2 Can (10oz)
 Red bell pepper1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Green bell pepper1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Yellow bell pepper1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Onion1/2 Medium, chopped
 Cilantro1/3 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Tomato1 Large, chopped
 Red wine vinegar1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Lemon juice1
 Taco seasoning2 Teaspoon
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), minced

Directions

Combine the beans, corn, tomatoes with green chiles, bell peppers, onion, cilantro and tomato in a large bowl and mix well.
Combine the wine vinegar, lemon juice, taco seasoning and garlic in a covered jar and shake until well blended.
Pour the vinegar mixture over the bean mixture and stir well.
Chill, covered, for 3 to 10 hours.
