Texas Sheet Cake Brownies Recipe
Ingredients
2 c. sugar
4 T. cocoa
1/2 c. oil
2 beaten eggs
2 c. flour
1 c. cold water
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
Pinch salt
1 stick butter or margarine
1 tsp. baking soda
Directions
Sift sugar, flour and salt together and set aside.
Boil cocoa, water, butter and oil together.
Mix with dry ingredients.
Mix soda into buttermilk, then into main mixture.
Mix beaten eggs with vanilla and then into mixture.
Bake at 400° in sheet cake pan for 18-20 minutes.
Frost when it comes out of the oven.
