Texas Peach Cobbler Recipe
Ingredients
| Margarine | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Rising flour | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Buttermilk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vanilla extract | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Frozen peaches | 3 Cup (16 tbs) |
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°.
Place margarine in deep dish; place in oven.
Meanwhile, mix flour, sugar, buttermilk, and vanilla until smooth.
When margarine is melted and bubbling, remove from oven and pour flour mixture into casserole.
Spoon fruit on top of flour mixture; return to oven.
Bake 25-30 minutes or until crust is brown.
Also good with other fruits.
