1 5-oz. bottle Lea & Perrins
Worcestershire Sauce
2 cups water
1 cup cider vinegar
3/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 tsps. salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
Directions
In a medium saucepan combine all ingredients.
Bring to boiling point.
Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered for 10 minutes.
Cool.
Pour into tightly covered container.
This sauce will keep refrigerated for several weeks.
Use for chicken, hamburgers or steak.
