Texas Barbecue Recipe
Ingredients
| 3 pounds lean chuck, cut into 3/4-inch cubes | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Water | ||
| Liquid smoke | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Catsup | 1 Bottle (1l) | |
| Vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Prepared mustard | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 1 regular size Coca Cola | ||
Directions
Cook meat with salt and 1 cup water slowly for about 2 hours until very tender.
Add more water, if necessary.
Shred meat with forks while warm, being sure to remove all fat and skin.
Add remaining ingredients except Coca Cola.
Stir and let simmer for 30 minutes.
Add Coca Cola.
