Ingredients

 3 pounds lean chuck, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
 Salt To Taste
 Water
 Liquid smoke3 Tablespoon
 Worcestershire sauce3 Tablespoon
 Catsup1 Bottle (1l)
 Vinegar2 Tablespoon
 Prepared mustard2 Tablespoon
 1 regular size Coca Cola

Directions

Cook meat with salt and 1 cup water slowly for about 2 hours until very tender.
Add more water, if necessary.
Shred meat with forks while warm, being sure to remove all fat and skin.
Add remaining ingredients except Coca Cola.
Stir and let simmer for 30 minutes.
Add Coca Cola.
This may be prepared in advance.
