Ingredients
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tablespoon oil
1 can (15 oz.) red kidney beans, drained
1 can (10 1/2 oz.) condensed beef bouillon
1 medium green pepper, diced
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
1 1/2 cups Rice
How to make Tex Mex Rice And Beans
Cook and stir onion and garlic in hot oil in large skillet until onion is tender but not browned.Stir in beans, bouillon, green pepper and barbecue sauce.
Bring to a full boil.
Stir in rice.
Cover; remove from heat.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Fluff with fork.
