Terrific Tuna Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 7 1/2-ounce cans white tuna, well drained and flaked | ||
| 2 medium-size ripe tomatoes, cut into wedges | ||
| 1/4 head lettuce, broken into small pieces | ||
| Mushrooms | 1/4 pound, sliced | |
| Muenster | 1/2 pound | |
| Capers | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 1 ripe avocado, peeled, pitted and chopped | ||
| Vinaigrette Dressing | ||
Directions
Assemble all ingredients except avocado and dressing in large salad bowl.
Chill.
