|Boneless beef||1 1⁄2 Pound, cut into 1-inch cubes|
|Canned beef broth||10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can Of 1 Cup, For Insta Matic)|
|Beer||1 Cup (16 tbs) (For Instamatic)|
|Brown sugar||1 Tablespoon|
|Salt||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Caraway seeds||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Sliced onions||1 Cup (16 tbs) (About 3 Small Ones)|
|Frozen green peas||10 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Water||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (For Instamatic)|

Pull bag up around beef and close (3-inch from top) with nylon tie or string; make six half-inch slits in top of bag.
Place in 2-quart casserole.
Set Power Select at HIGH for 5 to 7 minutes and LOW for 50 to 55 minutes.
TO HEAT BY INSTA-MATIC In 4-quart casserole (do NOT use cooking bag), combine beef, 1 can beef broth, 1 cup beer, sugar, salt, pepper, caraway seeds, onions, peas and 1/2 cup water.
Heat on COOK 2.
After time appears in display window, stir twice.
In measuring cup, stir in flour with 1/4 cup water Set Power Select at HIGH for 2 to 2 1/2 minutes or until slightly thickened.
