Teriyaki Turkey Patties Recipe

Ingredients

 Ground turkey1 1/2 Pound
 1/4 cup fine dry bread crumbs
 Egg1
 2 tablespoons each/inely chopped mushrooms and green onions, including part of the tops
 Garlic2 Clove (5gm), mashed
 Ground ginger1 1/2 Teaspoon
 2 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce Salad oil

Directions

Mix together the turkey, crumbs, egg, mushrooms, green onions, garlic, ginger, and soy sauce.
Divide the mixture into 6 equal-sized portions and shape into patties about 1/2 inch thick.
If you saute the patties, heat 2 tablespoons oil in a 12-inch frying pan over medium-low heat for 1 minute.
Lay the patties in the pan and cook about 5 minutes on each side or until meat is no longer pink inside.
Or, if you broil the patties, place them on a broiler pan about 4 inches from the heat and cook 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until meat is no longer pink inside.
