Teriyaki Steak Bits Recipe

Ingredients
| Soy sauce | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 clove garlic, chopped fine | ||
| Ground ginger | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Sugar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 2 tablespoons sherry wine | ||
| 1 1/2 pounds steak, cut linto 1 inch cubes | ||
| 2 or more tablespoons margarine | ||
Directions
Combine soy sauce, spices, sugar, and wine to make a marinade.
Marinate meat in this at least 1 hour.
Drain meat, reserving liquid.
In a medium skillet, melt 2 tablespoons margarine.
Brown meat cubes quickly on all sides.
Place meat in a chafing dish; pour sauce over it.
Stir occasionally.
You won't have to stir much, as your guests will eat the steak on handy toothpicks very quickly.
If you like, add some pineapple chunks to the chafing dish.
