Japanese Teriyaki Steak Recipe
Ingredients
| Soy sauce | 5 Ounce | |
| Water | 15 Ounce | |
| 1/2 a sugar | ||
| Garlic | 4 Clove (5gm), thinly sliced | |
| Ginger pieces | 3 , sliced | |
| 4 t bone or 2 sirloin steaks | ||
Directions
Mix ingredients for sauce.
Marinate steaks in mixture for 6 to 8 hours; charcoal broil.
While barbecuing, baste with mixture.
