Ingredients

 Soy sauce5 Ounce
 Water15 Ounce
 1/2 a sugar
 Garlic4 Clove (5gm), thinly sliced
 Ginger pieces3 , sliced
 4 t bone or 2 sirloin steaks

Directions

Mix ingredients for sauce.
Marinate steaks in mixture for 6 to 8 hours; charcoal broil.
While barbecuing, baste with mixture.
