Teriyaki Meat Loaf Recipe

Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 can (8 ounces) water chestnuts, chopped
1 egg
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1 large clove garlic, crushed
1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
Directions
Mix all ingredients except pineapple.
Spread beef mixture evenly in ungreased loaf pan, 9x5x3 inches.
Cook uncovered in 350° oven 1 hour; drain.
Spoon pineapple over meat loaf.
Cook until meat loaf is done, about 30 minutes longer.
Microwave Directions: Mix all ingredients except pineapple.
Spread beef mixture evenly in microwavable loaf dish, 9x5x3 inches.
Drain pineapple; spoon pineapple over beef mixture.
Cover with waxed paper and microwave on medium-high (70%) 12 minutes; rotate dish 1/2 turn.
Microwave until center is no longer pink, 13 to 16 minutes longer.
Cover and let stand 5 minutes.
