Teriyaki Wrap Ups Recipe
|Chopped onion/1 teaspoon instant minced onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Garlic/1/8 teaspoon instant minced garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Soy sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sirloin steak||1⁄2 Pound, cut into thin strips|
|Canned water chestnuts||5 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|

Add steak strips, tossing to coat with soy mixture.
Let stand 15 to 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Drain steak strips and wrap each around water chestnut (cut larger water chestnuts in half), fastening with toothpicks.
Place on plate or shallow baking dish.
Cook uncovered 3 minutes or until steak is desired doneness.
