Teriyaki Swordfish Recipe
Ingredients
| White or Rose Wine - 1 cup | ||
| Low-Sodium Soy Sauce - 1/4 cup | ||
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Ginger | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Oregano | 1 Teaspoon, dried | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
| Swordfish Steaks like halibut or Salmon - 4 nos of 6 ounce each | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2) Place the fish steaks in a deep dish.
3) In a small bowl, mix together wine, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, oregano and pepper.
4) Pour the dressing over the steaks to coat well.
5) Cover the dish and allow the steaks to marinate in the refrigerator overnight.
MAKING
6) Bake the steaks in the oven for 30 to 35 minutes along with the marinade.
SERVING
7)Take the Swordfish out from the marinade and serve on a side plate.
8) Serve hot along with steamed rice.
