Teriyaki Strips Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 pound sirloin tip, cut about 1/4" thick | ||
| Sherry | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Party rye slices | ||
| Ginger | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 1/2 cup bottled teriyaki sauce | ||
Directions
Cut beef into thin strips across the grain.
Mix together ginger, sauce, and sherry, pour over meat.
Let stand in refrigerator 1 hour, turning meat several times; drain.
Thread meat strips on bamboo skewers; arrange around edge of shallow baking dish.
Cook in Radarange oven 2 minutes, or until steak is done to taste.
Push meat off skewers; serve hot with buttered slices of party rye bread.
