Teriyaki Roll Ups Recipe




 Finely chopped onion1 Tablespoon
 Finely minced garlic1 Clove (5 gm)
 Worcestershire sauce1 Teaspoon
 Soy sauce1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
 Sugar1 Tablespoon
 Ground ginger1⁄4 Teaspoon
 Salt1⁄4 Teaspoon
 Steak1⁄2 Pound, cut diagonally in very thin strips (Round Or Sirloin)
 Canned halved water chestnuts6 Ounce (1 Can)

In mixing bowl, combine onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, sugar, ginger and salt.
Add meat strips; coat evenly.
Marinate 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Drain strips on paper towel.
Wrap 1 around water chestnut and secure with toothpick.
Arrange on glass plate.
Microwave (high) 3-4 minutes, rotating dish 1/4 turnhalfway through cooking.
Rest 5 minutes.
