Ingredients

 Onion1 Tablespoon, finley chopped
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), finley minced
 Worcestershire sauce1 Teaspoon
 Soy sauce1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Sugar1 Tablespoon
 Ground ginger1/4 Teaspoon
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon
 1/2 lb. round or sirloin steak, cut diagonally in very thin strips
 Water chestnuts1 Can (10oz), halved

Directions

In mixing bowl, combine onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, sugar, ginger and salt.
Add meat strips; coat evenly.
Marinate 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Drain strips on paper towel.
Wrap 1 around water chestnut and secure with toothpick.
Arrange on glass plate.
Microwave (high) 3-4 minutes, rotating dish 1/4 turnhalfway through cooking.
Rest 5 minutes.
