Teriyaki Ribbons Recipe
Ingredients
| Flank steak | 1 1/2 Pound | |
| Teriyaki sauce | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Garlic - 2 large cloves, minced | ||
| Ginger | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Red pepper flakes | 1 Teaspoon, crushed | |
Directions
MAKING
1.Cut steak against the grain diagonally into slices of 1/4 inch.
2.Place steak in freezer for 1 hour prior to cutting to make it easier to cut.
3.Mix the Teriyaki sauce and the seasonings.
4.In the marinade, marinate steak for 60 minutes.
5.On bamboo skewers thread the steak slices.
6.Broil or grill until both sides are cooked.
SERVING
7. Serve with dips and salsa.
