Teriyaki Pork Steak Recipe
Ingredients
| Pork steak | 1 , thinly sliced | |
| Soy sauce | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Wine vinegar | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Water | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Ginger | 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic powder | 1⁄2 Teaspoon |
Directions
Place slices of pork steak in shallow dish.
Combine remaining ingredients; pour over pork.
Marinate 1 to 2 hours; turn once.
Broil pork 5 to 6 inches (12 to 15 cm) from heat, for 2-3 minutes per side.
Turn and broil second side.
