Teriyaki Meatloaf Recipe

Ingredients
| Lean ground beef | 1 Pound | |
| 3/4 lb. mild bulk sausage or ground pork | ||
| Cooked brown rice | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onion powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 1/2 cup chopped seeded green pepper | ||
| Soy sauce | 3 Teaspoon, divided | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Honey | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Ground ginger | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Mix all ingredients except the honey and 1 tablespoon of the soy sauce together thoroughly.
Shape into a loaf.
Put into a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350° about 1 hour, or until pork is cooked.
When loaf is half cooked, blend the 1 tablespoon soy sauce with honey.
Spoon over loaf.
Use a meat thermometer or cook until juices run clear and meat has lost its pinkness.
