Teriyaki Meatballs Recipe

| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
| Cornstarch | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Sugar | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Shoyu | 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) | |
| Beef broth | 1 Ounce | |
| Sake | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Ginger | 2 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Garlic | 2 Teaspoon, minced |

Directions
Mix lightly, shape into small balls.
Place in greased baking pan and bake at 400° for 14-17 minutes.
Mix cornstarch, sugar, shoyu, beef broth, sake, ginger and garlic and cook until thick.
Add meatballs and simmer.
Makes about 50 meatballs.
Mix lean ground and 25-30% fat ground meat equally for better flavor.
