Ingredients

 Soy sauce2/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salad oil1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Garlic6 Clove (5gm), minced
 Monosodium glutamate2 Teaspoon
 2 teaspoons ginger or 2 tablespoons grated gingerroot
 Dry mustard2 Teaspoon
 Molasses2 Tablespoon

Directions

Combine soy sauce, salad oil, garlic, mono-sodium glutamate, ginger, mustard, and molasses in a glass bowl.
Let stand 24 hours at room temperature.
Use to marinate lamb or tender beef.
Enough for 2 pounds meat
