Original Teriyaki Marinade Recipe
Ingredients
| Soy sauce | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salad oil | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Garlic | 6 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Monosodium glutamate | 2 Teaspoon | |
| 2 teaspoons ginger or 2 tablespoons grated gingerroot | ||
| Dry mustard | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Molasses | 2 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Combine soy sauce, salad oil, garlic, mono-sodium glutamate, ginger, mustard, and molasses in a glass bowl.
Let stand 24 hours at room temperature.
Use to marinate lamb or tender beef.
