Teriyaki Kabobs Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 pound beef round steak, 1 1/4 inches thick | ||
| Soy sauce | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Water | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Honey | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Ground allspice | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Ground ginger | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Green onions | 2 Bunch (100gm) | |
Directions
1. Trim fat and bone from beef steak; cut beef into strips, 1 1/4 X 1/4 inch. Place in glass bowl. Mix remaining ingredients except onions; pour over beef.
2. Trim green tops from onions; cut onions into 1-inch pieces. Alternate 3 pieces meat and 2 pieces onion on each bamboo skewer.
3. Arrange skewers in baking dish, 12 x 7 1/2 x 2 inches or on 12-inch plate. Cover loosely and microwave on high (100%) 2 minutes; rotate baking dish 1/2 turn. Microwave until almost done, 1 to 2 minutes longer; let stand 3 minutes.
