 Peanut oil1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Sesame oil1/2 Teaspoon
 Riesling2 Tablespoon
 Soy sauce2 Tablespoon
 Rice vinegar1 Tablespoon
 Lemon juice1 Tablespoon
 Honey2 Tablespoon
 Ginger1 Tablespoon, chopped
 Garlic1/2 Tablespoon, chopped
 Cilantro1 Tablespoon, chopped
 Dry mustard1 Teaspoon
 Chicken wings3 Pound

Directions

Mix together all ingredients except chicken wings.
Pour over chicken wing segments and marinate 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
Bake chicken wings covered for 30 minutes, turning occasionally.
Remove cover and bake 30 minutes longer, turning occasionally.
