Ingredients

 Packed brown sugar1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Soy sauce1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 1/2 tsp. each: garlic and ginger powder

Directions

Combine sugar, soy sauce and spices and stir to dissolve sugar.
Save 1/2 of marinade.
To remaining marinade, add 2 pounds of chicken thighs, boneless and skinless.
Marinate, covered, at room temperature 1 hour or overnight in refrigerator.
Pay fry, broil, barbecue, microwave or bake in 350° oven for 30-45 minutes in single layer in baking pan until done.
Brush or pour on remaining marinade just before serving.
Garnish with sliced green onions or parsley.

My family loved this teriyaki chicken recipe. I baked the chicken in the oven for about 40 minutes, it was so moist and flavorful. Wonderful recipe. I used minced garlic in the recipe since I didn't have any garlic powder.
