Teriyaki Chicken Medley Recipe
Ingredients
2 cups cooked white rice (about 3/4 cup uncooked)
2 cups (10 ounces) cooked chicken, cut into strips
1 1/3 cups French Fried Onions, divided
1 package (12 ounces) frozen bell pepper strips, thawed and drained
1 jar (12 ounces) chicken gravy
3 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 °F.
Grease 2-quart oblong baking dish.
Press rice onto bottom of prepared dish.
Combine chicken, 2/3 cup French Fried Onions, bell pepper strips, gravy and teriyaki sauce in large bowl; mix well.
Pour mixture over rice layer.
Cover; bake 30 minutes or until heated through.
Top with remaining 2/3 cup onions.
Bake 1 minute or until onions are golden brown.
