Teriyaki Catfish Recipe
Ingredients
1 lb. catfish fillets
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp Sake
1/4 tsp monosodium glutamate
1 to 2-inch gingerroot, crushed
1 clove garlic, crushed
Directions
Combine all ingredients except catfish.
Marinate fish in sauce for 1 hour.
Broil over charcoal, 5 minutes on each side, brushing occasionally with marinade.
