Teriyaki Recipe
Ingredients
| Beef broth | 1 Can (10oz), condensed | |
| Soy sauce | 50 Milliliter | |
| 50 ml diagonally sliced green onions | ||
| 1 large clove garlic, minced | ||
| Brown sugar | 15 Milliliter | |
| Ground ginger | 1 Milliliter | |
| Sirloin steak | 1 Kilogram, thinly sliced | |
Directions
Combine broth, soy, green onions, garlic, brown sugar and ginger.
Cut steak into long strips about 2.5 cm (1 inch) wide.
Marinate steak for 2 hours in soup mixture.
Thread on 4 skewers.
Broil about 5 cm (2 inches) from heat until desired doneness (5-10 minutes), basting with marinade and turning once.
Heat remaining marinade (strain if desired) and serve with meat.
