Ingredients

 Beef broth1 Can (10oz), condensed
 Soy sauce50 Milliliter
 50 ml diagonally sliced green onions
 1 large clove garlic, minced
 Brown sugar15 Milliliter
 Ground ginger1 Milliliter
 Sirloin steak1 Kilogram, thinly sliced

Directions

Combine broth, soy, green onions, garlic, brown sugar and ginger.
Cut steak into long strips about 2.5 cm (1 inch) wide.
Marinate steak for 2 hours in soup mixture.
Thread on 4 skewers.
Broil about 5 cm (2 inches) from heat until desired doneness (5-10 minutes), basting with marinade and turning once.
Heat remaining marinade (strain if desired) and serve with meat.
