Teriyaki Recipe
I have perfected this wonderful teriyaki recipe in no time. The first taste of this delightful teriyaki from the japanese cuisine is enough to addict you to it for life! This teriyaki recipe is sure to receive rave reviews from all. Mind you, you shall be forgotten so be ready.
Ingredients
1 can (10 1/2 ounces) condensed beef broth
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup diagonally sliced green onions
1 large clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1 1/2 pounds thinly sliced sirloin steak (1/8-inch thick)
Directions
Combine broth, soy, green onions, garlic, brown sugar, and ginger.
Cut steak into long strips about 1-inch wide.
Marinate steak for 2 hours in soup mixture.
Thread on 4 skewers.
Broil about 2 inches from heat until desired doneness (5 to 10 minutes), basting with marinade and turning once.
Heat remaining marinade (strain, if desired).
