Tortilla Wrap With John Green, Tequila, Peanuts And Avocado Recipe Video

Ingredients

 
Marinade:
 
1/3 cup of vegetable oil
 
juice of 1 lemon
 
3 cloves of garlic
 
2 chilis
 
ginger root
 
4 tablespoons of tequila
 
300 g (0.661387 lb) of beef
 
Guacamole Ripoff:
 
1 avocado
 
150 ml (3/5 cups) of sour cream
 
1/2 bunch of coriander leaves
 
1 onion
 
1 chili
 
salt
 
pepper
 
Other Stuff:
 
1 onion
 
1 mango
 
50 g (0.110231 lb) of peanuts
 
ginger root
 
1 clove of garlic
 
salt
 
pepper
 
6 wheat flour tortillas

Directions

Marinate the beef

Mix 1/3 cup of vegetable oil, juice of 1 lemon, 3 cloves of garlic (chopped), 2 chilis, ginger root (grated), 4 tablespoons of tequila and meat (pieces).
Put it in freeze for couple of hour or overnight.

Guacamole Ripoff

Cut the avocado, add sour cream and lemon juice. tenderize the mixture.
Add pepper, salt, onion (small diced), chili and 1/2 bunch of coriander leaves to the mixture.
Put it in freeze for some hours.

Other stuff

Peel and cut the garlic and ginger root.
Cut the mango and onion.
Heat oil in two pans
put onion in one pan. then add mango and peanuts to the pan.
Put marinated beef in other pan.

Serve with tortillas
