Baked Pork Ribs in Tequilla Sauce Recipe Video

15 ml Peppercorn
 
15 ml oregano
 
15 ml mustard powder
 
15 ml all spice
 
15 ml onion powder
 
15 ml garlic powder
 
15 ml cilantro
 
2-3 chili peppers
 
Pork ribs
 
15 ml olive oil
 
15 ml salt
 
Lime juice
 
60 ml Tequilla
 
Tequilla sauce
 
Spice mix
 
60 ml ketchup
 
60 ml brown sugar
 
Lime juice
 
120 ml tequilla
 
chopped jalapenos

Directions

Grind peppercorn, oregano, mustard powder and all spice, onion powder, garlic powder, chili peppers and cilantro and powder them. In a bowl, add pork ribs, olive oil, salt and lime juice and tequilla. Then add half spice mix and rub it thoroughly on the ribs. Marinate it for 2 hours. Then wrap it in a foil and place it on a baking sheet. Bake it for 3 hours at 300 F. Meanwhile, make tequilla sauce.

Tequilla sauce
To make the sauce, mix ketchup, brown sugar and spice mix, tequilla, lime juice and jalapenos, Bring it to boil and cool. Remove the ribs from the foil and grill or broil it with sauce for 5 minutes from each side. Serve and enjoy.
